Question / Help Quicksync and browser window

Hey, I know that quicksync cant 'window capture', but is there a workaround it for capturing chrome (It can capture static picture but I have some animations there). Game capture not working for chrome either.

Quicksync has nothing to do with being able to use window capture.

Then why is it frozen and bugged (displays old frozen state of window) on quicksync and works flawlessly fine on x264?
