Question / Help Quick sync/NVENC

Hi everyone,

quick question, does using either Quick sync or NVENC instead of x.264 help streaming in anyway for someone like myself who has around a 1mb upload ?

sorry if this is a stupid question, encoders or not my forte

every hardware encoder has really limited abilities to be optimized qsv(quicksync) is probably the best hardware encoder which gets really close to x264 veryfast but for a 1mbit upload you probably have to stream, depending on your cpu, with something like 480p30 and medium preset to get a decent picture quality.
