Question / Help Quick Sync Issues....

My issue... So Recently my ISP increased my bandwidth speed and I wanted to start streaming Dayz Mod. I start tinkering with my settings on OBS and remember QuickSync.. Look up a video about how to "enable" it. So I clear my Cmos on my Motherboard. Launch into the BIOS and enable "Multi Monitors" on the advanced->integrated graphics settings. I had already installed the Integrated 4600 Intel Drivers from before. I made sure they were up-to-date. Went into Screen Resolution and Extended the "virtual" displays. Went to OBS and tried to stream Minecraft as a test. While streaming my FPS dropped to 20 fps.... The game keeps running on the IGPU... It's not the CPU because it was barely 50% and the 770 was barely being used at a low 8%. I assumed that Minecraft was just slowing itself down because it's running on the IGPU instead of my 770. help? I've tried resetting my cmos and redoing the whole process and nothing works. I have the hardware to run practically any game. Please note: when I disable quicksync and Disable multi-monitors in the BIOS, I am able to stream 80FPS on minecraft. I believe it's running on the IGPU as stated above, I just don't know how to make it switch GPUs.
