Question / Help Quick sync dual monitor help?

I attached an image my situation is this I use 2 monitors with my GTX 760 I would like to use quicksync however when I follow guides many of them lead me to the same problem it makes the HD graphics screen extended like another monitor so in obs my game capture does not show up anyone have a solution=?

obs only covers 1 screen majprly due to the hook method
you can use quick commands like ctrl+ down
to jump hpt screens
