Question / Help Quick snyc dont work for stream

Hey.
I can record with Quick snyc but when i stream the bitrate drops down and stay at audio bitrate.
I have no video and only sound.
Other things like streaming with cpu is possible without problems.

Issues with streaming with Quick Sync in OBS Studio 0.16.2 have been reported, but not diagnosed.

No, not yet. There is no solution because the issue has not been diagnosed and we don't have enough debug information.

hmm its working fine for me streaming, although just did 1 minute showing using QSV

Tested it just now unless you mean a specific game not working with QuickSync streaming

I also have had issues with QuickSync. I would stream for anywhere between 10 minutes to 1 hour with no problems at all at 2800 bitrate, then suddenly the bitrate would drop to around 150. I went back to OBS 15.4 and have had no issues at all with QuickSync.

I have this problem too, i noticed this when using LA_ICQ, but when i install new version intel drivers and switch to LA - all works fine, tested 2 hours
A dont know how works LA and LA_ICQ, just tested and chose this for best quality, i notised when change ICQ in LA_ICQ bitrate not depend on it, but if switch to LA, change bitrate and again switch to LA_ICQ - then in record file bitrate is equal to what chosen in LA, maybe that's the problem when i tried to stream with LA_ICQ icq=10

PS: today the problem is back when streaming with LA, dont know what is problem
