what is the best capture card <200$ that will allow me to stream console games(1080p) and also use a two pc streaming set up. it doesnt have to do both at the same time i just want a flexible card that is Capable of doing both of those things again NOT at the same time Thank you. Ive also researched a bunch of different cards but im still not 100% sure
