Question / Help Questions streaming to IOS or Android APP

When I stream my games it is smooth and i have no problems if people watch on the web. But when I go and pull up my stream in the IOS or android twitch tv app it it studders like crazy. The settings I am using are 1280 x 720, 30 fps, 2000 bit rate. Why does it lag and not stream on the android app but on the web it works perfectly?

Android/iOS probably can't decode an HD stream that fast, so it most likely experiences stutters. If you want to make it more ideal for mobile playback, I'd probably recommend using a smaller output resolution (more downscale).
