Question / Help Questions About Scene Collection

Hey all,

Apologies if this has been answered; I did a search of the forums as well as hunt around on search engines for a while before making this post here.

Now that Scene Collections are here, the old 'rename .xconfig files' tricks are no longer required. However, I have a number of these that I made in previous versions of OBS (A.xconfig, B.xconfig, C.xconfig etc.) that I renamed to "scenes.xconfig" previously when I required them.

How can I go about importing all of these into the new Scene Collection? When I click 'Import' here and select one of my old scene set ups, sadly it does not import. I'd rather not have to re-create everything I did previously, manually.

Lastly, is there a specific file location I can copy should I wish to export my entire 'Scene Collection'?

1.) Close OBS
2.) Give them each a name you wish them to have (for example "bla.xconfig")
3.) press windows key + R to open a "run..." dialog, paste in: %appdata%\obs\scenecollections
4.) Move your files in to that folder
5.) Open OBS and they should now be in the scene collections list

All your scene collection files are stored there, so you can do what you wish with them from there.
