Question / Help Question with delay when streaming

Hey guys. Is there any way to lessen the delay when streaming on twitch? It seems like compared to me playing and the stream is a 20 second delay. Any way to fix this? I'm using an Elgato HD60.

This is per-design from Twitch, nothing you can do about it.

Ok. It seems like when I watch people stream, they are in sync with their webcam and the game at the same time. I was just wondering.

Keeping a webcam in sync with your other stream components is a completely different issue from the Twitch delay.
