Question / Help Question over purpose of delay option

I've been debating with some others over the purpose of the delay as highlighted in red here, their view is that its a 'stream delay' and allows for control over a bonus delay on twitch. My view is that its bundled in with the auto reconnect and would delay reconnect on disconnection.

Either way could this be clarified and I would suggest expanding the options label to denote what it precisely does.

The 'Delay' box in that screenshot is to add delay to your stream, so you can add a minute or ten in case you're playing a multiplayer game, and are worried about being ghosted. It is not a reconnect delay.

Reconnection delay is the box on the left, 'Auto-Reconnect Timeout'.

If you're playing PVP and you don't want opponents watching your stream so they know where you are/where your teammates are then you would use the delay option to make it so they can see where you were X seconds ago.
