What is the best setting for 4k 60 fps recording? I know the basics already and I was wondering why I was having "encoder overload" despite having a high end system. This happens if I set the preset to "best quality" most of the time I can only record using "good quality" or "medium quality" for most games.

I upload them on Youtube they look great and it registers as 4k 60fps, but I wanted the maxed out quality... Is there anything wrong with my settings?

So here are the details of my settings and system below.

PC Specs :

Ryzen 9 5950X 16C 32T
MSI Gaming X Trio RTX 3090 24GB
G Skill Trident Royals 64GB 3600mhz RAM (16x4)

Windows 10 latest update
NVIDIA Drivers latest update
OBS Studio has the latest update

Internet
Download speeds : 600mbps
Upload speeds : 180-200mbps

Games that I record : Mostly latest AAA games

below is my obs studio settings for recording.

If you need maximum quality, then you should switch to a CQP 20. Lower value, better quality, but larger size. Keep in mind that the file sizes will be huge.

If you want to control the file size, then leave CBR, but increase the bitrate to 150-200 mbps.

Keyframe interval: 2 seconds
