Question / Help question about twitch quality options

how does one get this? I saw some streamers with 300 followers and have the option of mobile/low/medium/high/source.

I stream with bitrate of 9000, 60 fps, and some people's internet cannot handle the quality and would like it if those people could have the option of changing the quality so they can watch my stream.

I'm a new streamer with 110 followers so....hoping someone can enlighten me on this issue. thanks.

also how do I know if I'm streaming in 1080 or 720? I think that 9000, 60fps hits 1080. The stream looks amazing with that bitrate.

9000kbit is into "You are violating the terms of service" range of excessive bitrate.

To get the option to change the quality of your stream on Twitch, you have to become a partner. Good luck doing that since they don't apply the same rules across the board like they're supposed to.

And 9,000kb Bitrate? Good way to get yourself banned.

depending on what game you stream and how popular the game is its possible to get transcoding options withing 30-100+ viewers as a nonpartnered streamer.

as already stated pretty much everything above 3500bitrate is a violation of the twitch tos while 4k isnt that bad 9k is already excessive

i only tested 9k for 1 session, i read some other guy had his at that for 1080p/60 fps...

im new...i turned it back down cause lot of ppl said they couldn't watch due to too much buffering...if i knew i was violating TOS, i would of never done that...

i just got new internet with 25 upload, thought i was making it better quality for the viewers....sorry about that

what about the transcoding options? anyway to get those?
