Question / Help Question about the Avermedia Internal capture card

So, I ordered the Avermedia live gamer HD internal capture card and had a question. There's been several people complaining about installing the drivers and how they would not work correctly, and I was wondering what is the correct way to install them? Do I install the Firmware first or the drivers first? Thanks.

This question is probably better suited for Avermedia forums.

I will say that you cannot install firmware with out drivers. I would actually do something like this:

install drivers, after complete, install hardware, then firmware.

but again, I do not have one of these and dont let my opinion override someone on their forums that would know better.
