so...I use OBS...and I've got everything set & ready...there's just an issue I have...
When I press Preview Streaming I go a custom vs bots on summoner's rift, have 73 fps, normal and it's sending 2000kb/s aprox, at green colour.
And when I start the actual streaming, it shows a red colour, and it sends about 740kb/s...It reached 1400kb/s a few times, but still in red colour, what's the cause of this? how to get it fixed?

You should do a speedtest and link us to the result, and maybe add a logfile of your last try of streaming with OBS.

Ah your speedtest gives us already enough information:
Your bitrate is set too high for your upload. You only have roughly 800kbit available but try to use 1400.

Normally you want to use 80% of your upload max, so a bitrate of maybe 500kbit + 64kbit Audio would work. With this bitrate you could try to do a 360p/480p stream and still have some free upload for your game/teamspeak/browsing/whatever.

Exactly, we unfortunately cannot add enough compression, so a minimum upload speed is needed to reach a certain quality.
For example for 720p streaming you normally use 2000kbit and more, for 1080p 3000kbit and more.

damn...it wont be far till i get the net upgrade...not sure how it's called in english....But I'm with 32mb net,2 computers using, 2 boxes of TV, with the "upgrade" I'll aim 100mb/s, will that improve my streaming?
Ty for the amazing answer mate!

Download speed is pretty irrelevant for streaming. It will only improve your stream if the upload speed is also increased.
