Question / Help Question about Overlay/Black Borders

Hi

I want to put in a overlay in the place of black borders, since I stream in the aspect ratio of 16:10 (1920x1200 downscaled to 1280x720) to twitch.

However I have one problem: OBS doesn't show the black borders, so I don't really know how big they are or how to put them in.

Would appreciate some advice, thanks!
 
1280x720 is a 16:9 resolution, not a 16:10

If OBS isn't showing black borders, it's not the stream that is putting them in, it's the player on the other end.
