Hi! So for my streaming I use OBS Studio and I was curious as to what affects stream quality and if I'd be able to stream HD. I stream at a 2800 video bitrate because my upload speed is 17.36 Mbps. I am able to do 480p streams (i recently just did one) however, I'm wondering if its possible to do 720p. So is it internet speed that affects stream quality, CPU, what is it? I have an Intel i7-Core 6500U processor. Let me know what it is!
