Okay, so i have some problems with quality.
There are my settings :

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4690K CPU @ 3.50GHz
Video Card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980
Memory 16 GB

Any ideas how to make it look better?

Use the best settings you've been able to come up with so far. Run it for at least five minutes of high action content. Post the OBS log file from that attempt.
