I have a good PC, I have good settings in OBS and the quality when I stream LOL is pretty decent. When the camera is still and nothing moves the quality is really good but when i move around and play the game it gets a bit blurry. I have invested quite a bit of money on my PC because I want to stream and I want to have the best quality possible.

Please help me fix this, I have a good PC as I said and I also have good internet connection

Preferably right on the forum. It's in the instructions how to do so

if you're net is good enough:

Drop your FPS to 30
Drop your resolution to 720p
Up your bitrate to 3500
Set the encoder from Very Fast to Fast/Faster

I have the same CPU as you, this is exactly what I did, and the quality is much better.

But i really wanna stream 1080p, 720p is not so good :/

1080p generally isn't going to look very good within the 3500 Kbps bandwidth restriction Twitch has, especially at higher than 30 FPS (don't do this), unless the content is fairly low motion. Additionally streaming at 3500 Kbps will cause buffering much more frequently for your viewers, making it harder for them to watch you. 720p at 30 FPS and 2000-2500 Kbps is considered the "sweet spot" for most unpartnered streams. At that resolution and frame rate and with your hardware you can likely bump the preset to faster or maybe even fast under Settings > Advanced to further improve quality at the expense of increased CPU load.
