Question / Help Quality loss

I'm at the max resolution and the frames are staying above 30, but the quality of the video is really bad. I'm assuming I'm screwing something up, here's a log.

Nothing much wrong with the log. You could use a bit more bitrate for that resolution. Which is most likely the reason for the sub-par quality.
