I am new to the forum since for the moment I was solving all the issues just reading here and there, but this time i really need some help... I am streamming for quite a while , mainly WoW and its basically working pretty much ok on 1080p, 30fps, 3000bitrate and veryfast preset, no frame drops, no high encoding, but when I move its getting blurry. I noticed that because recently I started playing Overwatch witch is FPS game and there is plenty of movement so picture is pixelasing a lot. Yesterday I set the preset in OBS to faster, quality improved a lot while streamming, I didnt have any issues ingame or with pc usage, but...when I watched the stream record in twitch today (in past broadcast) its like...going 2-3 seconds, then skipping 1-2 seconds and going again...like lagspikes. No idea if it was like this while livestrem was on tho...but..most probably yes. My other day record can be watched and is going well..no lagspikes , but quality is blurry so I guess its not the Vod system...

You will see the difference in the quality is obvious..but those lag spikes...is it because my pc cant handle the fast preset or the problem is something else ?
My pc specs are:
Core I5 4670k 3,4ghz
ram - 8 gigs
gfx-nVidia geforce gtx 750ti 2gigs
internet - www.speedtest.net/my-result/4688511135 - and this was bad day for my internet...its better usually...

resolution 1920/1080 (no downscale)
fps 30
bitrate 3000
CFR and CBR enabled
preset veryfast / usually/
