Question / Help Quality Bug-Glitch Thing *HELP*

So I was recording a bit of Minecraft for YouTube. I finished my little video and looked over at it before uploading and it kinda looked horrible. There is a picture with this too if you wanna see it. So what is wrong was it had a bunch of blurry or very bad quality spots. It looked bad and I tried a bunch of things, I changed into window capture instead of game capture for the sources. Still didn't work. Any ideas or fixes? Thanks.

The bitrate is most likely too low for the resolution/frame rate you're encoding, which would be an issue with your settings, not a bug. Post a log -
