Bug Report QSVHelper.exe was killed, encode failed

Ive had this issue quite a few times and cant even stream past an hour without it crashing, a log is below it contains my specs. Hopefully its an easy fix.
error it says in log is : Error: all frames are in use
Streaming to twitch with no dropped frames.
