Question / Help Qsvhelper.exe expired - Encoding error

Hello.
When I use to QuickSync stream, after 10 seconds, stops working and error pops up "QSVhelper.exe was killed - encode failed" then OBS turns off.

Help me to repair this problem.

Change profile to main and target usage to blanaced? see if that helps. you might also try window capture with compatability mode.

Windows 8 generally has more stable quicksync driver support.

It helped but... You know, Quicksync haven't good quality so BALANCED = tragic quality. I need to set the best, so?
Other ideas?

Watch your CPU heat and update your drivers if you haven't already. make sure the driver shown in device manager matches your most recent driver number.

Pretty much what @R1CH said, Win7 has, not good support for QSV so that is the main issue. Did you monitor heat as well?
