Question / Help Pulsing static from desktop audio

Whenever I try to stream or preview my stream, OBS is registering a pulsing static noise that is only audible on stream and not actually being played on the computer.

I am having this same problem and would really like an answer. It is not repeating audio from the speakers (none are being used), the pulsing does not go away when the mic is muted, it occurs despite using different mics, and I don't have this pulsing in any other application using the mic.
