For some reason my gameplay when I stream looks blurry/fuzzy on twitch. I stream at my monitors base resolution which is 1360x768 and use a 2700 bitrate. I am using the elgato capture card with a playstation 4 and I am streaming the last of us until madden 16 is released. What settings can I change to make my stream look crisp.
