Question / Help Project Roadmap or Incoming Features/Plans?

Hey there,

I've Googled around a little but haven't really found much.
I was wondering if the OBS community or developers have a possible roadmap or wishlist of possible features that are in the works or are planned to come in the next few months or year.

What is the end goal of OBS? Currently it's version 0.637b. What features would be in place that would qualify as a full 1.0 release? The program already runs quite well with a large library of games supported. What else is to come?
The release notes only give information about the current version, what about futures stuffs?

Maybe I missed a forum thread or blog post somewhere that talks about all this. If that's the case, please pass a link. I'm really curious to say the least, haha.

Most work is being put into the complete rewrite of OBS, known as OBS Multiplatform. It includes support for encoded capture cards such as the HD PVR 2 and the Roxio Game Cap, as well as Mac/Linux support, a better plugin API, numerous improvements, and eventually, a "Studio" interface with more advanced controls/features.

Ah, that's pretty cool. Is there no formal location for this sort of information or is it all word of mouth really?
Having a news or blog section talking about this sort of stuff would be awesome.
I like to hear about the sort of things planned for release; I'm sure there are a few other too.
Is there anywhere else I could get more information from?
