Question / Help Program not showing up in Window Capture.

I am trying to stream Xbox 360 using OBS.
I tried adding my capture card but it is unsupported, HD PVR 2 Gaming edition.
I tried adding my capture software program using window capture, but it is unlisted.

It does show up in game capture, but when I add it, the screen is just black.

I also have windows updated completely, as well as directx.

Please help and tell me what I'm doing wrong, or just not doing.

This program/capture card are currently incompatible with OBS. There is work ongoing right now to get the device working within OBS, but it's going to take a bit more time.

He's trying to window capture the output of the HD PVR2 program, and neither Window capture nor Monitor capture are working at all, showing a completely black screen.
