It seems you forgot to post a logfile. It can be found under the help menu, Copy the link and post the link here.

Here it is mae.
From what I saw, you dropped the bitrate which does nothing for in game dropped fps. there are two options:

drop your downscale to maybe 960x600 or 822x514

OR

switch to quicksync (intel hardware encoder.

On another note, I will say that 1200 bitrate is pretty low for 720p anyway, so unless you have more bitrate to give, its probably better that you downscale more, The quicksync option at 1200 bitrate will look even worse but if you do have more upload speed, 2000-2500 bitrate would be better in either case

The problem is i have 2,5 mb upload speed but after i use like 1300 bitrate i drop frames... and yes i downscaled it more thanks for the advice.

Here it is.... i didnt drop frames but i couldnt play the game... i had 90 ingame ping which makes the game almost unplayeable for me.
Ah, use minimize network impact under the broadcast settings tab in OBS. that should fix that

Also, can you change to wired connection? That will help a lot

Sadly not :/ i had a wired connection long time ago but the cables were annoying so i changed it. Ok i use minimize network impact now. Scaled down to 1.50.If i leave it on 1900 will i still have the ingame problems now ?

You tell me. that setting just allows other packets (game packets) to have higher priority than the stream, but it shouldn't affect either
