Question / Help Problems with MP4 Output

Through "Broadcast Settings" I have selected Mode to be "File Output Only" and I gave a ".mp4" extension for both the "file path" and "replay buffer file path".

The file is created as a .mp4; however, when I play it in Windows Media Player all I hear is sound with no video. In VLC nothing plays as it doesn't even look like the file is opened.

I am running Win 7 64-bit

Don't save directly as mp4. It is not recommended for a number of reasons including, but not limited to, the reliability of the container format.

Thanks for the quick reply. I used Handbrake to convert the FLV version but I am wondering if there is a quicker way to get FLV to MP4 especially if I cannot start with that to begin with?
