Question / Help Problems with connectivity error (10060)

I've been experiencing continual connectivity issues in attempting to stream on OBS.
The image below is the error message I get when this happens.
I will press "Start Streaming," and approximately 30 seconds later, this error message shows up.

I've already checked my own firewall/security systems, and have made sure that obs is allowed to access the internet.
I feel as if this problem is simple, what am I missing?

First, upload an OBS log file. Second, you obviously still have an internet connectivity problem as far as OBS is concerned.

02:40:20: librtmp error: The connection timed out. Try a different server, or check that the connection is not being blocked by a firewall or other security software (10060).
02:40:20: Connection to rtmp://live-lax.twitch.tv/app failed: Could not connect to server

Try different Twitch servers and/or remove whatever firewall thing is blocking it.
