Bug Report Problems With An Elgato In Obs Only

I posted a thread about this issue about 2 months ago and never got a response back from Jim. The problem i am having is that when i start streaming it will start fine but 2 minutes in it goes no signal then it says device is in use in anther application. Please help. i know it is not my elgato because i got a free month of xsplit from my youtube partner and it worked fine i just dont want to pay for xsplit

I will be investigating this device as well as a number of other USB 2.0 devices very soon. I just have to finish up a few things with the mac version right now.
