I recently just built a new pc, with a GTX 970, and a i7 4790k. I wish to stream with it as well as play. The problem is when I try to stream any game, Arma 3 or CSGO, the bitrate looks like it is around 1500 when it is actually 3500, with a 1.25x downscale from 1080p. I have a 10mb/s upload and I hope that isn't the problem.
