Bug Report Problems capturing Resident Evil 2 (2006 PC)

Hi,

I'm having a constant headache with capturing this game;

- Game Capture; If I try game capture I get black screen, I tried looking up solutions however these are either for older versions of OBS or they are capturing on laptop/netbooks I'm on a PC.

- Window/Monitor Captures; Captures the game BUT the FMVs don't play (only audio)

The game in question is the Resident Evil 2, Japanese PC re-release from 2006 with English mod (but this doesn't effect the FMVs) but what I've noticed few first times playing it it asked to run through ffdshow (ffdshow audio pops up in the corner for a moment).

I've attached the log; I did a preview & record through the following captures, Game, window and monitor through the menu and loading up a FMV.

Any help advice is greatly welcomed :)

This game appears to be really old. I highly doubt it'll capture with game capture, game capture requires at least directx 9 or greater, or opengl. I looked at a few requirements and it said it requires directx 6, which definitely isn't supported by game capture at the moment. Might be difficult to capture.
