Question / Help PROBLEM

when i record , it stutters, the quality is very good and this is a new problem ,not recorded for a while, started again recently and noticed the playback stutters every second or so. sound and quality is fine just this new stutter problem...

can anyone tell me what things i should check in order to rectify this problem ?
