Are you on a laptop if so is it intigrated intel graphics card? Please list your graphics card chip set. Also just to verify you are infact on windows vista, 7, or 8 correct?

It appears that you are using a GPU that is not supported by OBS. A lot of integrated graphics GPUs are insufficient for using OBS and give this error.

And Cloudwolf, it appears fromt he window style that he is using Windows 8.

Also, you're using an old version of OBS. Upgrading won't help, but just FYI.
