Question / Help Problem with twitch.tv

Hi guys, i'm new on the forums so i might have missed something!

So i want to get into streaming. I tried streaming to Twitch.TV but my stream for my friends in Lithuania was buffering every 10 seconds(I live in UK). I have Virgin Media 152mb/s plan. It should be more than enough for streaming i think.

My settings are: 3500 bitrate, 720p, 60fps. (No dropped frames, no problems on my end at all)

When i check stream on my laptop it does not lag at all. Even on my phone it runs well.

Other thing i was testing youtube livestreams, and i was streaming to youtube with same settings and it wasn't lagging at all.

Is there a way to fix it? or should i just give up on this?

720p, 30fps, 2000kbps.

You're using far too much bitrate. Non-partnered casters are recommended not to exceed 2000kbps, to limit buffering on the viewer's end. 60fps is also unnecessary, and is mostly just numbers-wanking unless you're playing a game like Super Metroid, where the sprites can disappear or stay solid due to the capture matching up with the transparency blitting rate.

Ok i will try that. Thank you! Another thing, i tried to stream at 30 fps and stream looks choppy as hell. I play FPS games and it looked really bad. I mean if i record 30fps video it looks OK, but stream looked very choppy. Is there any extra setting i need to check for 30fps stream.
