Question / Help Problem with Stream

Hello Open Broadcaster Software users,i have a questions.I can make stream in league of legends with this system:
Intel Pentium G3240 Dual Core 3.1 GHZ Socket 1150 LGA
Mainbaord ASUS B85M-E
8 GB RAM DDR3
Windows 8.1 64 bits
Video Card Nvidia 9500 GT
And if i can you help me with configuration please?

Your best bet is to try something based on the streaming services recommendations then post your logfile. 720@30 2500 bitrate is a good starting point.

you added two 0s to the end of your max bitrate which is 100x as much as you has before. 2370 bitrate is about right for 1024x768 (2.37Mbps). notice that this is measured in kbps not bps. what you set it to is basically 237Mbps.

After you change this, go have someone watch your stream and give input as all i'm looking at with the log is raw data. once its to your liking visually, leave it be for a month and make small tweaks. if you change something, make sure you know exactly what it does before you change it.

when streaming, you dont want higher buffer. this will cause nothing but issues with bitrate and internet traffic. use same buffer as bitrate. Second, scene buffering, use 700ms. 1024x768@60fps needs about 3000-3300 bitrate/buffer to not look bad in most high-movement games.

If you dont understand what an option does, don't touch it or do some research before adjusting it.
