Question / Help Problem with smooth QuickSync 720p @60fps on Twitch.

I'm just gonna cut to the chase; Whenever I use QuickSync or NVEnc for 60fps on twitch with a buffer of 3500, it's not smooth; it just looks like 30fps..
My Specs:
Intel Core i6 3570K @ 4.6GHz
GeForce GTX 670
8GB 1600MHz CL9 RAM
256GB SSD
 
You watch in the small twitch player or in fullscreen? I normally get sub 60 fps in the browser view and steady 60 in fullscreen view. Flash player generally sucks at higher framerates.
You can also set your stream to save to a local file and check this afterwards, it should pretty much resample what your stream should look like with a good connection.
 
not much you can do. Twitch's flash player absolutely sucks, and streaming any higher than 30fps is pretty much pointless. :/
 
Make sure you update Flash from the Adobe web site to the latest version on whatever device you're viewing Twitch on. And its also true that there is for some reason a performance difference between watching in full screen vs. in the browser window.
