problem with showing 2nd window through first one.HELP PLEASE!

hello, i need help, when im trying to record my screen, the other window dont shows up and its like "behind the first window,,

At the bottom of the Sources widget (the icons +, trash, wheel, up, down), click the up/down buttons to rearrange the sources. See the sources list as a stack. Upper sources obscure the sources below them. If you want a lower source not being obscured, move it to the top.
