Hello Guys,
I have a problem with OBS. But first some information about my setup. I have a DELL Monitor plugged in via DVI-D. If I want to record now with QuickSync, OBS is asking me to plugin a cable to my onboard CPU. And here comes the problem: in order to make it work I have to plugin a VGA cable to my DELL monitor and connect it with my onboard card or create a virtual second screen. Last option is giving me a second mouse cursor in the top left corner that doesn't move but changes icon. Really annoying. The other option is fine. But if I choose to record games, my FPS goes down. Usually I was recording League of Legends with QuickSync around 150+ FPS at 60fps. Not full HD because my Monitor only has 1440x900.
I never had to do that before. Why do I need to plugin a second VGA cable to my ONBOARD card in order to record games? Did anything change? Before I just selected QuickSync, configured some settings and hit record button and it worked like a charm.
Does anyone know whats up there? I did reinstall windows. But drivers should be updated. I even installed the latest intel driver for the HD4000. Can someone help?
My RIG:
OS: Windows 7 64bit
RAM: 4GB 1600 Mhz Corsair.
HDD1: Samsung SSD 840 Pro 256 GB.
HDD2: Western Digital 500gb.
CPU: Intel Core i7 3770K
Graphics: GeForce 560 Ti
If you need any information, screenshots or whatever, ask for it. I will upload whatever I can. Logfile is attached below.
