Question / Help Problem with OBS

hello everyone ! i want to film with obs for youtube but my movie is lagging when I watch at him. When I am playing all it`s okay, the game is moving in 20-30 , maybe 40 fps and I can play. You can recommend me some settings ?

Processor: Amd Athlon 64 x2 4800+
Video Card: Nvidia GeForce G210 1 GB
RAM: 2 GB
 
The problem isn`t from me. I have a cousin with SkyLake Intel Core I5 , Nvidia GeForce GTX 950 and 8 GB RAM and he have this problem. Oh , and I am filming with Bandicam , sorry for reclame , is moving okay.
 
Your system is not good enough for OBS. If your cousin needs assistance he should make a new thread.
