Hello. I have a problem with OBS and cant find a solution. I am streaming football matches live with twitch. Screen must be setup 16:9 (or close to 16:9)
When I set up screen at 853 : 480 OBS dont use all screen like on screen shot at link

I find out, that I have to setup X no more than 720 but then Y must be 405.
If I set up Y under 480 red screen apears like on screen shot at link

What Should I do ?
