CS:GO is a much heavier CPU and GPU usage for a game.

Also if you are using launch options for CS:GO, remove them. common ones that affect OBS are -high and -threads which should be removed in order for threading to work properly.

EDIT: you do not have a strong GPU or GPU so I dont know what else to tell you without a logfile. Even then the fact remains that your CPU and GPU are very entry level.

again i have this problem, my os is win 10 :) And how to upload log file, please help me :)
stream for 5 minutes of in-game footage. high movement if at all possible. then,

Log file :) On test stream obs make two times this bug, one in the start...
1. dont stream over wireless. use a wired connection, if you dont have one nearby, find one. this will prevent the stream from stalling while over a wireless connection.

2. you have a really weak CPU, but it has a hardware encoder on the iGPU (the intel that is). can you use Quicksync in the encoding tab? if so, use that instead. this will take the load off your CPU and put it on the iGPU.

*NOTE: due to you having switchable graphics Quicksync might have a black screen, this will mean you may have to run your game in windowed mode and use window capture in OBS with compatibility mode enabled. if this doesn't work, then you might be stuck with x264 to which I dont know what else to tell you besides try the superfast preset with x264.

See this thread for more info: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/laptop-black-screen-when-capturing-read-here-first.5965/

3. change the profile to main, not high. high is for recording, main is for streaming.

4.make sure you dont start CS:GO with any launch options. launch optoin that will affect your stream negitavely will be -high or -thread. dont use either of them.

One log file with problem

im ingame at this moment
Hmm, still duplicating frames even with QSV. try changing the quicksync preset to "balanced" instead of "best performance".

Also, your connection was stalling at 2000 bitrate, this could be more to do with wireless than anything. :/ 1500-1800 bitrate should be plenty for your encoder if you could try a wired connection.

13min stream, again i have this problem :)
I have this problem since i switch on win 10
Unless there is something taking up a lot of CPU I dont know what to tell you. make sure the Game DVR feature in the xbox app in windows 10 is disabled. this can cause issues. dont watch your own stream while you stream, this could cause this. check your audio format in windows playback devices. under the advanced tab in playback devices (windows) you should be an audio format. 48000 or 44100. if its 44100, then set OBS to use that same format.
