Whenever i close OBS i complety break the capture card sound.

Lets start with my setup.
Its a dual PC setup consisting of a Gaming PC connected to the Streaming PC using the Capture card. Im using the latest OBS version and im windows 10 64bit

From the Gaming PC im sending all the sound throught the capture card (EVGA XR1 Pro) and receiving microphone input throught a 3.5mm jack

In the Streaming PC im receiving the gaming PC sound using Voicemeeter and Sending microphone input to the gaming pc using a 3.5mm jack

Voicemeeter is configured like this: HW Input 1: Microphone WDM // HW Input 2: HDMI (EVGA XR1 Pro) WDM // HW Out: Headset (G935 Logitech) WDM.

OBS is configured to capture all audio and video from the gaming PC desktop, Separate Audio from both my mic and headphones.

Sound works perfect, no delay or anything if im using normally to play, when i open OBS i have no problem with sound either, everything works fine but the moment i close obs, sound start cracking, like if it lagging, restarting voicemeeter does nothing and it only fixes if i turn off and on the capture card by reconecting the USB cable. I havent found what is causing this problem and while is annoying more than anything else i really wish to find what is causing this.

If anyone experienced something similar, i would appreciate any help.
