Question / Help Problem with hooking up a game in game capture mode

I was recording for like 1 month without any issues.But now the problem is that OBS cant hook games in game capture mode. I tried both auto and hotkey capture. Though it will hook the game using hotkey,but only after I start actual recording. This means that the first few seconds of the recorded video are black screen. I want my game to be hooked BEFORE i start to record. Any ideas ?

I am an imbecile,sry. Now everything is ok. I just realized that obs will show black screen if the game is minimised. Now i can delete this thread
