Question / Help Problem with Bitrates

I need help. I just bought an elgato hd60 and I downloaded obs because I heard this is a great program to use. I'm trying to set up my streaming for twitch, and it seems that I'm not getting a good playback when I try to stream. Could someone please help me on what to do?

scale your reso to 960x540 and what is your upload?

preset: veryfast

Fps: 30


Filter: Bil or Lanc your choice

Please post an updated log with the changes to your old settings. You can restart OBS first so a clean log file is generated.

Restart OBS, then run a preview/recording/stream for a few minutes. Choose the option to upload your current log from the Help menu in OBS, copy the link and post it here.
