I have a Intel Core i7 3770k @ 3.50ghz processor and a GTX 970 graphics card. I also have a 80 download, and 35 upload with an 10-15 ping. Everytime I try to stream in 60 FPS it drops frames and I have no clue why. https://gist.github.com/95ebd0db8ca8b4820ee4
