Question / Help Problem recording a lower resolution game

Hello,i'm trying to record a 1024*768 game with my native resolution of 1366*768 and i'm getting a black border on the left side.I've tried lowering the recording resolution but still the same result.The game looks like this https://imgur.com/a/uxAQc and after recording like this http://imgur.com/a/ATueB .Any ideas on how to fix this?
