I just discovered Quick Sync but I have a problem with decalage of sound / image when I use it

To my knowledge what you see is simply the "great" h264 encoder that cannot cope with such fast changes.
I saw this quite often and not only using OBS with quicksync. Maybe you wanna check out those links:
