Question / Help Problem for stream

Hi everybody,

Since this weekend, I try to put myself in stream (my connection with the air passing ADSL to VDSL).

The stream almost works well, but there are freezes at times, yet I have no fps drop! (CPU: i5-3570k)

Settings: (OBS)

Max bitrate: 2500

Used CBR (checked)
Minimize the impact on the network (checked)
Automatic Mode low latency (checked)


If anyone knows where it could come. Thank you in advance !
